Sara Beth holds a BA in psychology and LGBTQ studies at CUNY Queens College and a double masters from Columbia University. Her eclectic, person-centered therapeutic approach focuses on trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. She specializes in consensual non-monogamy, kink, BDSM, and queer affirming therapy. She is invested in building equitable and accessible mental health care from a social justice lens. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, accepting, and above all, built on trust. She is passionate about queer community building, affirming identity exploration, and fostering radical acceptance.
