Roscoe is currently pursuing a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College Columbia University. He is interested in supporting diverse queer individuals to adjust to their unique life challenges, challenge oppressive forces in their lives, and live more authentically. Roscoe has a number of clinical interests, including gender expansive identity development, gay men’s issues and masculinities, body image, self-esteem, relationships, and other interpersonal difficulties. Roscoe employs an eclectic approach that tailors therapy to the individual and their needs. In particular, he enjoys working with Mindfulness based Cognitive-Behavioral therapies, Existential-Humanistic therapy, and Psychodynamic theory. His approach is also heavily influenced by a feminist and liberationist lens.
