Staff Therapist

He/Him

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where anyone can feel safe showing up exactly as they are, without judgment and without having to educate their therapist about their lived experience. I work with clients navigating identity exploration, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and the many challenges that can arise while building a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My approach is grounded in person-centered and relational therapy, with the belief that healing happens through genuine human connection. I integrate mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we explore both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns that may be influencing how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experience with the transformative power of therapy. As a cisgender gay man, I understand the importance of having spaces where you can be fully seen, understood, and affirmed. While every person's journey is unique, my lived experience informs my commitment to providing culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+-affirming care. Whether you are seeking support, insight, or a space to better understand yourself, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
