Haley graduated from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Haley's work as a clinician has been centered around working with and for members of the LGBTQIA community in various modalities and settings.

Haley practices using a trauma-informed lens, and works collaboratively with clients, understanding that they are the expert of their own experiences. Haley's areas of interest and expertise include complex trauma, gender and sexuality, depression, anxiety, couples, young adults, and working with clients experiencing rejection, loss and grief. Haley uses various modalities and frameworks tailored to each client's individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Social Justice, and Psychodynamic approaches. She is warm and empathetic, and considers the relationship between client and clinician to be of utmost importance in her work.
