New York City is one of the most expensive places to seek therapy, with costs ranging from $190 - $250 / hour on average. Too often, LGBTQIA+ folx face additional barriers to accessing care, such as lack of insurance coverage, provider discrimination, stigma, and income disparities.

We offer individual counseling sessions for $50 - $145 / hour, and provide free resources for those who need additional support. As an LGBTQ-founded organization that is led by LGBTQ+-identified and allied therapists, we are remarkably positioned to provide the highest quality of care to LGBTQ+ folx.
