Staff Therapist

He/Him

Simon facilitates a space that is open-minded, introspective, and empathetic. He has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has worked with clients with an array of issues that include substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. He views therapy as a partnership in which client and therapist explore various areas of their life to build effective skills, raise awareness, and alleviate symptoms that are obstructive in one’s life. Simon’s goal is to address emotional/behavioral patterns and create trust that can help clients succeed in rebuilding their future.

His approach to therapy is holistic, non-judgmental, client-centered, and predicated on evidence-based treatments.  Therapy is a partnership that employs ways for clients to unearth their obstacles one step at a time. Simon is honored to be present for others in their time of need and this is illustrated in his skill set. He utilizes methods to gauge clients’ relational style, assess their levels of communication, and attachment methods. Simon believes that it is his duty to assist clients in forging new language and reshaping their outlook on their lives.
