she/her

Rachel aims to create a warm, safe, and collaborative therapeutic environment for each of her clients. She implements an integrative approach, pulling from psychoanalytic, internal family systems, feminist, and multicultural theoretical lenses. In therapy with Rachel, you’ll explore the unconscious motivations that inform your actions while gaining a deeper understanding of the societal and cultural contexts in which we exist.

Rachel is passionate about working with individuals and couples in the LGBTQIA+ community, especially those with intersecting identities. Her clinical interests are expansive and include working with those navigating life transitions, exploring identity, and dealing with anxiety, depression, dissociation, and trauma.

Rachel is currently in the final year of her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. Prior to beginning her Master’s, Rachel worked as a digital strategist and performed comedy across NYC.
