Levi’s work begins with an environment that is open, warm, and free of judgment. He believes the relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance. After building a therapeutic relationship that is based on genuine connection and trust, Levi utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic theory to assist clients in deepening their understanding of themselves and how their minds work. Levi works with his clients to cultivate ways to become more flexible, connected to others, and resilient. Levi has helped clients with a wide range of struggles including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, body image issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, gender identity, gender transition, communication difficulties, anger, and stress.
