A therapeutic space for Queer and Trans People of Color to process microaggressions, fears, and daily traumas due to experiences of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and misogyny in a political climate that is openly hostile.
This group aims to provide support, share coping skills, and create a safe community to foster strength and resiliency.

Gay Mens Group
The gay men's therapy group at IHI offer a unique opportunity for personal and psychological growth in the context of other supportive gay men. The groups explore issues including intimacy, relationships, career, and overall wellness, with productive and diverse feedback among members both welcomed and encouraged. Members have various goals, but a shared commitment to their own and each other's growth.
